Aize
You can access Aize via app.aize.io or from our website aize.io
Signing in
To log in, you'll be prompted with screen asking for your email address. Please type in your email address and press Continue.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your company has single sign-on enabled for Aize, after clicking on the Continue button you will be automatically taken to your Identity Provider's sign-in page (e.g. a Microsoft login screen).
Please use your regular work credentials and follow the instructions on the screen.
You will be prompted to set up Multifactor Authentication for your account - see this article for more information.
First time login - SSO not implemented
Email & Password
If SSO is not enabled for your email domain, after clicking Continue (1) you will be asked for a password.
The first time you sign in, you will need to select to the 'Click here to reset your password' (2) button to set up your password. Please follow the instructions sent via email (3) to complete the process.
Once your password is set, you will prompted to set up Multifactor Authentication for your account - see this article for more information.
Multifactor Authentication
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to a resource such as an application, online account, etc. It is used as a security measure. This step is required if you are a guest in the customers tenant and are not using a customer assigned email.
The most commonly used authenticator apps are the Microsoft and Google Authenticators. While the authenticator apps work in a similar manner, you can see instructions for setting up the Microsoft Authenticator app below as an example.
Download the Microsoft Authenticator app for your device from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/mobile-authenticator-app
Setting up an Authenticator app
- Click on Click here to configure Microsoft or Google Authenticator
- Select Microsoft or Google App (or similar)
- You will see a QR code on your screen
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone
- Click on the + (plus) icon in the top right corner
- Select Work or school account
- Click on Scan QR code that you see on your screen
- Direct your phone at the computer screen and scan the QR code that will appear (*the QR code below is just for illustrative purposes and should not be scanned)
Your multifactor authenticator is set up!
To continue logging in to Aize:
- In the Authenticator app on your phone find the code listed as Aize (Europe). The code below is only for illustrative purposes as it not to be used.
- Type in the code on your computer screen in the one-time code prompt:
